This policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions. It applies to everything you submit to BlueSquark.
You must not submit or use the service to
- process content that is unlawful, or that you do not have the right to use — including content that infringes copyright, trade secrets or confidentiality obligations;
- create or translate material that promotes violence, terrorism, hatred or the sexual exploitation of anyone, or that harasses, threatens or defames people;
- submit other people's personal data without a lawful basis, or special-category data (health, biometrics and similar) unless you are entitled to process it and accept the limits of machine translation;
- send malware, or files crafted to exploit software that reads documents;
- probe, scan or test the security of the service, or bypass its limits, authentication or rate controls;
- access the service by automated means (scripts, bots, scraping) except through features we provide for that purpose, or overload it;
- share your account, resell access, or use the service to build a competing translation service.
What we do about misuse
We may remove content, suspend translations, block IP addresses or networks, and suspend or close accounts that break this policy, and we may report unlawful activity to the authorities.
