How it works
From your document to another language — securely, in four steps.
Sign in securely
Every account uses two-factor authentication: your password plus a 6-digit code from an authenticator app such as Microsoft or Google Authenticator. A 32-character recovery key lets you back in if you ever forget your password.
Add your text or file
Type or paste text, or upload a Word (.docx), PDF or text (.txt) file. We read the text — for Word documents we note exactly where every paragraph sits, so it can go back in the same place.
Encrypted translation
Your text is encrypted and translated on our own private translation service — never a third-party translation API. Long documents are translated piece by piece, and the progress bar shows how far along yours is.
Download the result
We rebuild your document in the language you chose. Download it as Word, PDF or text — as many times as you like until it is automatically deleted after 30 days.
What stays the same
- Word: styles, headings, tables, lists, headers, footers, footnotes and images
- Text files: every line break, blank line and indent
- Numbers, codes and anything without letters
Worth knowing
- Bold or italic words inside a sentence take the formatting of the sentence's start
- PDFs are rebuilt as clean documents — the original page design isn't copied
- Scanned PDFs (images of pages) can't be read yet
- Always review important translations — machine translation can make mistakes
